Our lines can be extremely busy – we receive an average of 1350 calls per month. Our volunteer advisers are working hard to answer calls and give the best advice they can. We recommend you try us at different times of the day – afternoons are usually quieter than mornings.

The Help to Claim line

Consumer Services
Citizen’s Advice Consumer helpline can support you with all your consumer issues – so any help with any goods or services. They have links with Trading Standards and may be able to pass your issues onto them.
