Citizens Advice Peterborough is a local registered charity that offers free, confidential and impartial advice and information. We are not just here in times of crisis – we also campaign for policy changes that benefit the population as a whole. We value diversity, promote equity and challenge discrimination.

aims
Advice

Volunteering
Our service could not run without the support of volunteers. They are vital to the work we do! All our volunteers have a huge impact on the local community. A variety of volunteer roles are available, as well as many learning and progression opportunities. If you would like to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

Our Advice
We can provide advice on a wide range of issues, involving benefits, debts, housing, budgeting, maximising your income and more! When you speak with us, we will ask a lot of questions to understand your whole situation – this helps us to tailor our advice to find the best options for you! Whilst we can help in a lot of areas, there may be some things that we can’t help with. Where possible, we’ll suggest other organisations that you can reach out to for further help instead.
